Can I get a “rough estimate?”
We get this question on a regular basis. The simple fact of the matter is we can’t just quote you on a job based on such little information as the number of copies or what type of job it is. At Martella Printing every job is customized, requiring different design work, inks, papers, paper sizes, and finishing procedures. With so many variables, there is no way to give an on-the-fly “rough estimate” without more information.

What is your turn-around time?
We are capable of turning jobs, if given complete files that require no editing, in one day. Otherwise we can turn single-sheet jobs in as little as two days. Our standard turn-around is about one week, if no due date is specified.

Do we print business cards?
Yes, we do print business cards, but we are capable of so much more. With the addition of our new press we are able to output stationery, flyers, brochures, post cards, newsletters, and much more in dazzling five color compositions, finish the jobs quickly, and do it all at competitive prices.

What is the minimum quantity I have to order?
In most cases, a minimum order would be 500.

What types of files do you accept?
We prefer high-resolution PDF files. However, we accept many file types, including
InDesign, Quark, Word, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint and Publisher. Other files will be examined and their “printability” determined. We also accept different storage medias including CD, DVD, USB Flash or Thumb Drive, or Zip Disk.

What kinds of paper can I choose from?
We offer a multitude of different paper styles and colors for customers to choose from. In our 183 different paper catalogs we are sure you will find the paper that fits your needs.

What is the difference between the CMYK and RGB color?
"RGB" refers to the primary colors of red, green, and blue. "CMYK" refers to the primary colors of pigment: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. The CMYK colors are used on printing presses to make any hue possible for “full color printing.”

Can I order two color printing from you?
Yes, you can order one, two, three, four, or five color print jobs from Martella Printing. Whatever your print job requires, we find a way to deliver.
